Positive: Our host was so nice and always answering our questions and making recommendation. We were supposed to arrive one night when there was a mudslide and could get to the appartment because of a road blockage. We had to sleep in an emergency shelter. She was so attentive and offered us a place to sleep at an uncles house. Was very helpful and attentive. She even contacted Booking that gave us a refund for that first night. The place is for a maximum of 4 people and has everything you can need and space is very well organized. Bed is very comfortable and so is the sofa bed. Everything worked excellent and the pist is a few meter from the door step. Very convenient complex with a carrefour supermarket, ski rental and pass ticket booth just a few meters from door. Is was so convenient that we would sometimes come back home to have lunch… The is free parking in area in front of appartment and excellent shower! We highly recommend this place And will definitely Come back!!!

Positive: The place is well positioned, just a short walk from the slope. It is probably a good value for money. The two shops next door are convenient.
Negative: The apartment is really small, not much space for ski boots or suitcases, nowhere to dry your ski boots. The mats on the beds are of a bad quality and they cover up the old mats that are dirty, with stains and so…the surfaces are clean but places that are not visible are not well cleaned. We received dirty bed sheets that did not fit the sizes of the duvets…the hosts were trying to be helpful, we were offered to change it, to call the cleaning company but negotiating anything with a french cleaning company over my holidays was the last thing I wanted to do. The apartment smelled a little and I believe there was mold in the corners of the walls. It was cheap and well positioned for a skiing and I have no comparison with other such places, so maybe this is normal but given the good reviews we were expecting more.
Summary: Small, yet well positioned good value for money apartment.

Positive: The location is very strategic for a skiing vacation, you can access the slopes right next to you just by climbing a small set of stairs. The apartment is really equipped with everything you might need for cooking, heaters (not ski boot heaters) everywhere which is also an advantage for drying your ski gear, home appliances and clothes hangers . Small balcony outside to enjoy the view and have a quick access on the main road.
Negative: The ski storage cabinet key didn't work (the lock wasn't turning) but it's not an issue you have space to store them inside or even on the balcony. The address is a bit hard to find if it's your first time heading there. We spent some time to locate the apartment because google maps will take you to a random building next to your actual one and we had to go up and down for a few times before actually reaching the place. (Try to search for intersport shop at Creux de L'ours for a more accurate location)
